Michelle Rice, founder of “Preserva Therapy MED SPA”, is a physical therapist with twentytwo years of experience and specializes in breast cancer rehabilitation and advanced manual technique. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor Degree in Human and Organizational Development and received her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She has extensive knowledge in manual therapies and incorporates craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point release, soft tissue mobilization, scar release, manual lymph drainage, yoga, breath control and relaxation techniques into her treatments. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and yoga instructor.

With roots in Northwest Arkansas, Lanie embarked on her journey in the art of massage therapy in 2011. She found her new home in Polk County in 2021, instantly captivated by the charm of historic downtown Lake Wales. Over the years, Lanie has honed her craft and deepened her understanding of full-body wellness. For her, massage therapy is not just about relaxation; it’s about delving to the core of each client’s needs. Whether it’s providing a respite from the rigors of daily life or delving deep into the source of a troublesome knot, Lanie ensures that every client receives a tailored experience that addresses their unique concerns.

Hannah H. Campbell, FNP-BC, ADM-BC is a graduate of the University of Florida, School of Nursing, where she earned her MSN degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a BS degree in Microbiology and Cell Science. She trained at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL as well as Duke’s Durham Regional Hospital within the Department of Inpatient Endocrinology and Diabetes Management. She is currently in a successful private practice in Sebring, Florida specializing in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Management. Mrs. Campbell is a major contributor to endocrine needs within Central Florida, covering over a fifty-mile radius. Currently, she holds a board certification from the American Nurse Credentialing Center as well as a board certification in Advanced Diabetes Management. Her strengths are focused on providing individualized care to patients. In addition, her contribution to the rural communities has awarded her the Endocrinology Best in Practice Award in Highland’s County.

Meet your licensed esthetician and facial specialist, Amy MacDonald. She completed her Facial Specialist program at Preserva Institute, where she gained extensive hands-on training in facials, skin analysis, and advanced services including microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, nano infusion, and HydraFacial. With a strong foundation in skin anatomy, physiology, and the science of skincare ingredients, Amy is passionate about helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. She brings a warm and personalized approach to every treatment, tailoring each session to her clients’ unique skincare goals.

With over nine years of dedicated experience and a background spanning over two decades as a registered dental hygienist with a Bachelor in Science in Dental Hygiene, she possesses a deep understanding of facial anatomy and skincare. Having meticulously honed her craft through extensive training and research, Chastini is committed to providing exceptional results and imparting her expertise to aspiring professionals. Whether offering her signature services or comprehensive training programs, she eagerly anticipates the opportunity to meet prospective clients and share her wealth of knowledge.

Layla Phillips is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a unique background shaped by more than 25 years in Building Science. After a long career focused on technical analysis, problem-solving, and client care, she transitioned into massage therapy with a strong appreciation for precision, assessment, and individualized treatment.
Layla takes a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to massage, emphasizing active listening and tailoring each session to the client’s specific needs. She completed her massage therapy training at Preserva Institute and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
