Michelle Rice, founder of “Preserva Therapy MED SPA”, is a physical therapist with twentytwo years of experience and specializes in breast cancer rehabilitation and advanced manual technique. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor Degree in Human and Organizational Development and received her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She has extensive knowledge in manual therapies and incorporates craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point release, soft tissue mobilization, scar release, manual lymph drainage, yoga, breath control and relaxation techniques into her treatments. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and yoga instructor.

Vicki Martin graduated from South University in WPB with an AS as a physical therapy assistant. Before becoming a PTA in 2007 she became a massage therapist in 1995 and worked with an Orthopedic and Neurology practice to get her physical therapy experience. She brings more than 20 years of experience with specialties in manual therapy, pain management, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation and cancer recovery care. She specializes in breast cancer recovery and is lymphedema certified and helps by teaching survivors and therapists to prevent and conquer the side effects after breast cancer.

Vicki lives in Lake Placid with her husband and two children and is a native to South Florida. She and her husband have been certified foster parents over 5 years and lead a Foster/Adoption Support Group at their church. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and sharing her time with her children, family and community.

With roots in Northwest Arkansas, Lanie embarked on her journey in the art of massage therapy in 2011. She found her new home in Polk County in 2021, instantly captivated by the charm of historic downtown Lake Wales. Over the years, Lanie has honed her craft and deepened her understanding of full-body wellness. For her, massage therapy is not just about relaxation; it’s about delving to the core of each client’s needs. Whether it’s providing a respite from the rigors of daily life or delving deep into the source of a troublesome knot, Lanie ensures that every client receives a tailored experience that addresses their unique concerns.

Lanie DeJarnatte, LMT

Registered Nurse, Toni McLean, has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Polk State College with prerequisites completed at the University of Florida. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of South Florida. After three & half years at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Toni combined her nursing & business education & created her own business, Embrace IV Therapy, LLC. Toni offers IV vitamin therapy, as well as injections to enhance the health & wellness of her patients. She also offers a weight-loss program to jump start patients’ weight-loss journey and helps transform their lives.

Hannah, a native of Lake Wales, is an expert in customized spray tanning and painless teeth whitening at Preserva Therapy MED SPA. With certifications in these areas, Hannah guarantees personalized and flawless results for every client, creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable member of the team.

Hannah H. Campbell, FNP-BC, ADM-BC is a graduate of the University of Florida, School of Nursing, where she earned her MSN degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a BS degree in Microbiology and Cell Science. She trained at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL as well as Duke’s Durham Regional Hospital within the Department of Inpatient Endocrinology and Diabetes Management. She is currently in a successful private practice in Sebring, Florida specializing in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Management. Mrs. Campbell is a major contributor to endocrine needs within Central Florida, covering over a fifty-mile radius. Currently, she holds a board certification from the American Nurse Credentialing Center as well as a board certification in Advanced Diabetes Management. Her strengths are focused on providing individualized care to patients. In addition, her contribution to the rural communities has awarded her the Endocrinology Best in Practice Award in Highland’s County.

Chastini’s fervor lies not only in the artistry of permanent makeup but also in the profound impact it has on enhancing individuals’ confidence and self-esteem. With over nine years of dedicated experience and a background spanning over two decades as a registered dental hygienist with a Bachelor in Science in Dental Hygiene, she possesses a deep understanding of facial anatomy and skincare. Having meticulously honed her craft through extensive training and research, Chastini is committed to providing exceptional results and imparting her expertise to aspiring professionals. Whether offering her signature services or comprehensive training programs, she eagerly anticipates the opportunity to meet prospective clients and share her wealth of knowledge.

Stephanie Simpson was Born and raised in Sarasota Florida and she has 2 kids. She has been in Lake Wales/Babson Park area since 2012. She attended Florida College of Natural Health. Graduated 2009 with her degree in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. Member of AMTA American Massage Therapy Association. FL AMTA Board of Directors 2011-2013. Nationally Certified.
